When you input home purchase prices, mortgage interest rates, rental revenues, vehicle purchase budgets, or loan balances into any of our calculation tools, that data is processed strictly within your device's local browser memory (RAM). We do not transmit, collect, log, or persist your financial inputs on our web servers or any third-party infrastructure. All financial modeling executes entirely client-side through local JavaScript.

2. Third-Party Advertising & Google AdSense

To keep our suite of 54 calculators completely free for the public, Home & Car Calc displays online advertisements managed by Google AdSense. Google and its partner advertising networks utilize cookies, web beacons, and unique device identifiers to serve advertisements based on a user's prior visits to this website or other sites on the internet.
